Hello, my name is Brad Buckley. I am the new Community in Schools Coordinator at Wright. I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor degree in Social Work and Psychology. I am originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota but have lived in Des Moines for 30 years and it is now my “home”. I have been working at Des Moines Public Schools since 2012 and a Community in School Coordinator since 2018. I am looking forward to working with all the students and families of Wright.

My name is Abby, and I am a Des Moines native! I attended Dowling Catholic High School, Iowa State, and just recently graduated with my master’s in social work from Grand View! When I’m not working with kiddos, I enjoy listening to music, hanging out with friends, family, and my babies (dogs) Luna and Bomi

Hi students and families! Welcome to Wright Elementary. I am the Success Case Manager here. This will be my first year at Wright Elementary and second year with DMPS. As the Success Case Manager, I get the opportunity to meet and work closely with families in and outside of the school to ensure each child’s needs are being met. I am excited for the new school year and look forward to meeting and working with new and returning students.
